The Savonet Manor, completely restored at a cost of 6.7 million guilders, is located in Christoffel Park, the island&#8217;s most important national park, and is now open to local visitors and tourists alike. For a rental fee of 25 florins, visitors can borrow headphones and podcasts and use this virtual guide to explore the exhibition in English, Dutch, or Papiamento. The tour provides insights into Cura\u00e7ao&#8217;s indigenous people, the Arowak Indians, as well as the era of slavery, offering a glimpse into the lives of people who lived on Cura\u00e7ao hundreds of years ago. What was daily life like for these people? What rituals provided them with support and security during significant events such as birth, marriage, or death? How did they practice their religion? Admission is 12.50 florins for adults and 7.50 florins for children.
